In the unlikely event of any casualties during shipping, please contact us and provide the DOA (Dead on Arrival) proof.
We will compensate based on the number of dead shrimp (deducting the complimentary shrimp) at a rate of US$1.5 per shrimp.
For example, if you purchased 10 shrimp and received 2 complimentary ones, and 4 shrimp were dead upon arrival, we will compensate for 2 shrimp, resulting in a compensation of US$3.

They all got here alive
Purchased another 20 mixed Neo shrimp pack. Packaging was great! Box is super sturdy. Had a heat pack inside, and the shrimp were safe and happy in the plastic air infused/ sealed bag. Excellent! The shrimp didn’t get pinched in a corner and the bag didn’t leak! Two of the 20 were DOA. But several tiny babies were in the mix as well.
Second time I ordered, it came super fast all shrimp alive and also had a lot of babies! Love it!
I’m very happy with the hygger Mixed Neocaridina Shrimp Assortment. The shrimp arrived alive, active, and well packed. Colors were beautiful and vibrant – I received a nice mix of red, blue, yellow, orange, and dark shrimp.
The shrimp started exploring and eating biofilm almost immediately after acclimation, which showed they were healthy and not overly stressed from shipping. Size variety was also good, with both juveniles and adults included.
Packaging was secure, water temperature was stable, and there were no leaks in the bag. Overall, this was a great experience for my first shrimp tank.
I would definitely order again and recommend this assortment to anyone starting a freshwater shrimp aquarium.
