It resumes operation once the heater is fully submerged. The heater is equipped with three overload sensors to prevent burnout. Easy to Set The Water Temp:
Easily adjust the water temperature with the built-in external temperature control, keeping your hands dry throughout the process. The heater also features a combined cord length of 4.9 feet (1.5 meters) and 3.9 feet (1.2 meters) for added convenience.

Instructions for Use:
1. Submersion: Ensure the heater rod is completely submerged.
2. Avoid Gravel: Since gravel is a poor conductor of heat, it is crucial to position the heater away from it.
3. Cool Down: Always unplug the smart heater for 15 minutes to cool down before changing the water or cleaning the fish tank.
4. Temperature Setting: Press the ‘SET’ button to adjust the temperature. Each press changes the setting by 1°F. After adjusting the temperature, the device will automatically exit the setting mode after 3 seconds.
Usage Tips:
1. Temperature Adjustment: Continuously press the hand button on the external temperature control to cycle through all the preset temperatures. The adjustable temperature range is from 70°F to 94°F, with settings in 1-degree increments.
2. Maintenance Warning: If the heater is used for an extended period and dirt accumulates on the heating element, be aware that it may lead to malfunction due to the inability to control the temperature accurately. Regular cleaning is recommended to maintain proper functioning.
