I have a hygger tiny titan. It will read that it’s 80 degrees, but it’s only 73. This started recently. It was working fine for 3 months. Maybe there is an air bubble in it or something? I did put in a bubbler next to it.

I have a HG031-25W I bought in June of this year. Recently, the heater’s thermometer says the temperature is always 70F when the desired temperature is 76F. Therefore, the red LED indicator is always on. When I take the temperature of the aquarium water with a infrared thermometer gun – the tank reads around 74F. I feel it is not safe to have this heater in my aquarium if it’s always going to be on and cannot display the temperature properly.

Good mornign,
I have a HG060 (300w) bought about a couple of years ago.
Everythig went fine until I changed my acquarium. I put the heater in the new tank, under water level, and plugged the power line.
Now the display ever says “L1” even if it’s completely submerged.
Is there something I can check? I’m really happu with your product and I wouln’t change it until it’s definitely “dead”.
