Fully Submersible Heater
The aquarium quartz heater must be completely submerged in water for optimal performance.
Rapid Thermal Accumulation
The heating element is crafted from shatter-resistant quartz glass and features a high-temperature nickel-chromium heating wire with silicon carbide for heat conduction. This design ensures rapid water heating, providing a safer, more durable, and longer-lasting quartz heater.
External Temperature Display
The LED digital display provides an external temperature readout, defaulting to Fahrenheit for both the current water temperature and the set temperature. Each press of the control adjusts the set temperature by 1°F increment. The LED light signals the heating status, offering clear visual feedback on the heater’s operation.
Precise Temperature Regulation
Adjust the temperature range from 59°F to 93°F to sustain a uniform and stable temperature ideal for freshwater and marine aquariums.
Auto Power off and Warning Signal
If the heating rod is exposed to air, the submersible heater will automatically shut down and emit a warning signal for safety. It will automatically restart and resume heating once the rod is fully immersed in water.
A high-temperature Resistant Safety Cover
Protect your fish with premium, high-temperature-resistant PC plastic covers that ensure safety and prevent any harm to aquatic life.
Instructions for Use
1. Before changing the water or removing the heater rod, please unplug it and allow it to cool for 15 minutes to ensure safety.
2. Ensure the heater is completely submerged underwater by at least 5 inches to maintain proper functioning.
3. Maintain water circulation to facilitate even heat distribution throughout the aquarium.
4. Avoid placing the heater on gravel or sand. The difference in thermal conductivity between water and the substrate could cause the heater glass to crack.
This is really a wonderful heater for any home aquarium! The heating element itself blends well into the background of the tank and is virtually invisible. The display which hangs outside the tank is large enough print to see far away but not too large that’s it’s intrusive. It really holds and maintains the temperature extremely well! Our boiler was on the fritz for a day during a 10°f night and this heater preformed above and beyond the others I have in various other tanks. Really a wonderful heater and will be getting more for my other tanks!
